This question comes up all the time, so I figured I’d open a discussion to help anyone who’s modifying their helmet or just trying to find a set of rails that fits. When it comes to ACH/MICH, ECH, PASGT/LWH
When it comes to an ACH/MICH High Cut. GunNook Type II and Type III work very well. See below images from different modifications using both GunNook Type II and Type III rails.
When it comes to PASGT and Full cut helmets. You can use GunNook Type II's and Type III's. However depending on what shell manufacture and bolt hole placement the safe bet would be to go with the GunNook Type I. See images below
